Lines can be deployed if the fenders are deployed. The lines work as follows: To deploy a spring line, first click on a bumper\/fender, and then click on the cleat. To remove a spring line, just click on the bumper\/fender. Using the shifters, throttles or thrusters, move the boat so that the boat is against the dock. At this point, the boat will not move until the lines are released. When the line color is black, the line is slack and has no impact on the boat&#8217;s movement.
